35E Straight Mount Plumbizer

The 35E plumbizer is designed for signal mounting mid-mast arm, end of mast arm or on the pole. It uses a ball and socket mounting point for easy leveling adjustment to ensure your signals are plumb and level. Mounting the signal heads is easy with just a washer and locking nut. The plumbizer is bolted tightly and does not use set screws for adjustment making it maintenance free. Pedestrian signals can also be mounted to the 35E which will allow the traffic signals and pedestrian heads to be aligned with each other on the pole while maintaining the ability to aim the signals in the appropriate directions.

52Ca Cluster Adapter

The 52CA is an adapter for the 35E or 45V plumbizer to configure a “dog house” arrangement. It can be used in the normal configuration or inverted. It is also ready to accept a blue light.

32B Twin Mount Plumbizer

The 32B plumbizer is designed for mounting two signals on the same mounting point. It can be mounted mid-mast arm, end of mast arm or on the pole. It uses tapered washers for a leveling adjustment to ensure your signals are plumb and level. The plumbizer is bolted tightly and does not use set screws for adjustment making it maintenance free. Pedestrian signals can also be mounted to the 32B which will allow the traffic signals and pedestrian heads to be aligned with each other on the pole while maintaining the ability to aim the signals in the appropriate directions.

15PC Pedestrian Cap

The 15PC is used on the 35E and 45V for capping off the top side of the plumbizer when mounting a pedestrian signal to the bottom side. The sap is designed to bottom out on the threads before damaging the teeth on the plumbizer so it can be used for a different application in the future.

CAP - Sealed Cap

The CAP is used on the 32A and 32B for capping off the top side of the plumbizer when mounting a pedestrian signal to the bottom side.

32UB Universal Bolt Adapter

The 32UB is designed is for adapting a plumbizer to a mast arm or pedestrian pole by bolting to a surface where there is not a welded 1 ½” threaded hub to accept the 45B. It is attach by easily by drilling two holes into the pole and crimping in two insert nuts. There is no need to drill and tap when using the supplied insert nuts. A removable template is also provided for quick installation. The 32UB can be ordered for a schedule 40 or schedule 80 pipe.

32D Strap Adapter

The 32D is designed is for adapting a plumbizer to a mast arm or pedestrian pole by bolting to a surface where there is not a welded 1 ½” threaded hub to accept the 45B. It is attached with two straps 1 1/2” wide and come 40” long for field cutting to the appropriate length. The straps also have holes for a grounding bolt to be drilled and tapped to maintain the NEC ground. (Strapping to a painted surface is not an NEC ground).

45B Threaded Hub

The 45B is for adapting a plumbizer to a mast arm pole by using an 1 1/2 “ nipple threaded into the pole. It make for a very clean look on the mast arm pole without the use of pipes holding signals. When using the 52CA cluster adapter the 45B Extended must be used to allow enough clearance for rotational adjustment. The 45B Extended uses a 3” nipple for the extra clearance.

32C Clamp Adapter

The 32C clamp adapter is used for clamping on to a 2" tenon and creating a flange with the correct bolt pattern for the plumbizer. It is also used in other various equipment FMC offers.

32DR Through Bolt Adapter

The 32UB is designed is for adapting a plumbizer to a mast arm or pedestrian pole by bolting to a surface where there is not a welded 1 ½” threaded hub to accept the 45B. It is attached by drilling through a pole and using a threaded rod with an acorn nut on the opposite side. Also two 11D castings can be used back to back on the same pole using the same threaded rod.
CP6ACT4840TCSS / CP6ACT4840TCSS-NF Crosswalk Pedestal CP6ACT4840TCSS / CP6ACT4840TCSS-NF Crosswalk Pedestal     The Crosswalk Pedestal is a complete station for mounting a crosswalk push button. It is comprised of a base and cover (CP6), mounting anchors (A), Cable Tether (CT), 48" schedule 40 aluminum pipe (4840), and a top cap with set screws (TCSS). The Crosswalk Pedestal can be ordered as a complete unit or in separate components. It comes anodized as the standard option but can be ordered with no finish (NF) as well. CP6 (Crosswalk Pedestal Base w/6" Bolt Circle and Cover) - The base is designed for easy installation on new construction, retrofits and knock down replacement. We have designed the base to be frangible at the flange as well as the mid-section around the door. When it is knocked down it it will break away saving the anchor bolts and concrete making the new repair fast and easy. Also included with the base is a copper ground lug to ensure the base is grounded to keep your electronics safe from electrical problems. A (Anchors)- These are the mounting anchors for installation of the base. Anchoring the base requires 4 anchors made of stainless steel threaded rod, 4 washers and 4 nuts. They are installed simply by drilling  holes into the concrete pad using the supplied template, placing the rod in the hole and filling with epoxy. By using epoxy instead of a wedge type anchor it eliminates stress and chipping on the concrete. CT (Cable Tether) - The cable tether is an option designed to lay the pole down on the ground instead of launching into other traffic or pedestrians in the event of an accident. It is made up of an 1/8" cable with one end attaching to one of the anchor bolts and the other to a bolt drilled through the base and pipe in place of the two set screws. When struck, the pipe and base will lay down on the ground and then the cable is designed to break before damaging the anchor bolt it is attached to. 4840 (48" Schedule 40 Aluminum Pipe) - The aluminum pipe is standard sized 4" pipe. It has a brushed finish and is threaded on one end to be screwed into the base. TCSS (Top Cap w/ Set Screws) - The top cap is a compression fit cap with 3 set screws to hold it in place. NF (No Finish) - All parts of the crosswalk pedestal are anodized unless no finish is specified.

Mast Arm Extension

The mast arm extension is a great money saver. This piece of equipment is used for extending your signal out from the end of your mast arm up to 5 feet. For instance if you add a turn lane to your intersection and a new mast arm is not in the budget, the signal can still be lined up with the lane by extending out 5 feet.

Mast Arm Damper

The damper mount is a device used for dampening the harmonics of a mast arm caused by wind. It is intended for use on longer mast arms that have a lot of bounce caused by the wind but it can also be used to steady shorter mast arms that have cameras or other sensitive equipment. The federal government is requiring that harmonics on mast arms 55 feet and longer must be addressed. Our damper mount complies with this requirement. Instructions for installing our mast arm damper are supplied with every order and must be followed for proper placement to allow proper airflow.
